You must be at least 16 years of age to hold an independent gym membership. Minors aged 13-15 must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times while using the facility.
3. User Responsibilities
- Members must use all equipment properly and wipe down machines after use.
- Proper athletic attire and closed-toe athletic shoes are strictly required at all times.
- Members must follow the instructions of Fitness Arena staff and coaches.
4. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fitness Arena or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
Fitness Arena is not liable for any injuries sustained during workouts or for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property on the premises. Members engage in physical activities at their own risk.
6. Account Termination
The management reserves the right to terminate your membership, without refund, for violation of club rules, inappropriate behavior, or failure to pay membership dues.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Fitness Arena and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
