Refund Policy

1. Membership Cancellation

Memberships can be canceled at any time. However, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances such as medical emergencies (with valid documentation) or relocation to an area more than 25km away from our facility.

3. Personal Training Packages

Unused personal training sessions are non-refundable but can be transferred to another member upon management approval.

4. Merchandise Returns

Unworn and unwashed merchandise with original tags can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
