All merchandise and supplement orders placed through our online store are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package weight. Free shipping applies to orders over ₹5,000.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery within India typically takes 3-5 business days. Remote locations may require up to 7-10 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package directly through our carrier's website.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We are not responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery.
